The laser type used in our models is an ultrashort pulse fiber laser, with the specific type varying depending on the model you choose. The average power output is 50W, although there are options for 10W, 20W, 30W, 60W, and 80W available. The laser operates at a wavelength of 1064nm, with a second harmonic at 532nm. The pulse width is less than 10ps (picoseconds) and the repetition rate is adjustable, ranging from 1Hz to 1000kHz. The beam quality is M² < 1.2, providing a near-diffraction-limited beam.

Cutting Performance

The machine provides excellent precision cutting performance, with a positioning accuracy of ±2μm over the entire work area. The repeatability is ±1.5μm, with ±16 arc-seconds angular accuracy. The maximum cutting speed is up to 1000mm/s. The cutting thickness for ultra-thin glass is up to 1mm, and for standard glass is up to 19mm, although this may vary based on material properties and cutting requirements. The minimum line width is ≤30μm and the minimum hole diameter is ≤20μm, both of which are material dependent.

Work Area Dimensions

The machine comes in either dual-platform or single-platform models. The dual-platform models have work areas of 600x700mm, 600x900mm, or 400x500mm per platform, while the single-platform model has work areas of 400x500mm, 600x700mm, or 600x900mm.
